Between July 2021 and July 23, 2022, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention made a series of changes to its “Facts about COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines,” including adding — and then removing — a statement assuring readers the mRNA and spike protein “do not last long in the body.”
I will show you here the evolution of the “Facts about COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines” inset in the CDC article, “Understanding mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines.”
The following is from the November 23, 2020, version of the article.
Notice that the statement following the inset box says that the “vaccines” will be evaluated IN THE FUTURE! The jabs were still in testing at the time.
Facts about COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines
They cannot give someone COVID-19.
- mRNA vaccines do not use the live virus that causes COVID-19.
They do not affect or interact with our DNA in any way.
- mRNA never enters the nucleus of the cell, which is where our DNA (genetic material) is kept.
- The cell breaks down and gets rid of the mRNA soon after it is finished using the instructions.

This next revision on October 22, 2021 is mostly clarification and rearrangement. The statement about how long spike proteins may remain is added, and the CDC finally states that safety has been evaluated after eleven months.

- Our cells break down mRNA and get rid of it within a few days after vaccination.
- Scientists estimate that the spike protein, like other proteins our bodies create, may stay in the body up to a few weeks.

This next revision is mostly clarification and consistency, but notice also that the word “never” is removed. The line is thus made less emphatic, allowing for the possibility that on rare occasion mRNA may enter the cells.

In this next revision, the phrase “in any way”. The author makes the line less emphatic and absolute, as if to say, “Well, maybe in rare instances it happens.”

In this revision, the author bolded certain words to emphasize that certain things do not happen. But this is also where statements are removed about how long the mRNA and spike proteins may remain. With this removal, they may be admitting that the body continues to make spike proteins long after a person is vaccinated.
