Plasmid is found in COVID-19 vaccine vials

How is it that Kevin McKernan, and not any world health authority, found the contamination in April 2023 [reported]? And why are the FDA, CDC, and the mainstream media still silent about this?

Steve Kirsch

After Pfizer’s mRNA Covid shot has been found to be contaminated with foreign DNA, researchers and scientists around the world are sounding the alarm. Hear the latest developments on this serious situation.

Other researchers had discovered that the vaccines used in the clinical trials were not the same as those rolled out to the public.

While the mRNA used in the trials had been produced in a relatively ‘clean’ process using PCR, mass-production used plasmids in E.coli bacteria to produce the DNA from which the mRNA was transcribed.

We utilized previously described boil preps and qPCR to assess the contamination levels in Pfizer’s monovalent vaccines. Contamination levels are as significant as the bivalent vaccines and have reached many more people.

Apparently, there may be a bait-and-switch issue with what was given to the regulators and what was produced for the public:

Russell Brand:  The version of the Pfizer vaccine that was initially tested, and as I understand, given to Pfizer employees was different from the initial round of vaccines released in the UK.  Am I getting that right?  It doesn’t sound like it should be true.

Dr. Bob Gill:  Yeah, that’s right, Russell.  There were two processes used to produce the mRNA vaccine.  One was a quite expensive clean process which was using DNA to sequence RNA.  The second process, process 2, which was used to mass produce the vaccine was using e. coli and putting into e. coli plasmids and getting the e. coli to reproduce the mRNA.  So it’s a cheaper form of producing the vaccine.  But the problem with that is, you can get contamination.  So you can get genetic material from the e. coli into your vaccine vial.  Now, there’s a very low threshold of tolerating contamination within vaccines.  However, researchers looked into this matter and found very high levels of contamination with DNA.  Now, the problem with DNA is it can potentially get incorporated into your own genome.  And also, the presence of DNA can actually spark anaphylaxis.  That’s when you get a severe allergic reaction.  If you remember, once the Pfizer vaccine came out, later on, a week or two later, they started telling practitioners to keep the patients with you for 15 minutes.  Keep an eye on them for 15 minutes after the vaccine.  Now, that was related to the potential reaction to the endotoxin from the e. coli contamination.  So that’s where that came from.  And this research initially done by a doctor Kevin McKernan, who’s a highly qualified respected academic whose whole life is devoted to researching these matters—he was part of the human genome project, highly credentialed person—now, his work has been replicated in Japan, in Europe, in other units in the US, and they all found very worrying high levels of contamination.  And, the problem was, Pfizer didn’t declare this to the regulator.  So that’s the problem.  And later on, they were forced to declare it to the European regulator.  So they’ve actually confirmed it themselves that this problem exists.

Latest nanopore sequencing of all DNA found in @pfizer mRNA vaccine. there is quite a large number of little pieces of doublestranded DNA fragments derived from the vector used to make the mRNA. @US_FDA guidelines were set using studies of naked DNA injected into animals and seeing no ill effects. this vaccine is not naked DNA, but DNA encapsulated in a lipid transfection particle. it is protected until it is efficiently delivered into cells. the mutagenic potential of this DNA is lower than retroviruses but higher than naked DNA. someone should perform a careful single celll sequencing study of vaccinated people and document the absence (or presence) of integrated pieces of DNA. the vaccine has saved a lot of people from the graveyard, and it can be made even better by getting this DNA out of the manufacturing process. @US_FDA please insist that @pfizer conduct long term studies of somatic cells genome integrity after vaccination. i think this is important.

Calling all colleagues around the world. If you have a vial of mRNA vaccine that still has a few drops in the bottom i would like to test if for DNA. PM me with the lot number of anything you have available. Expiration date does not matter. Prefer things that have been kept cold. just a few drops will help us chart DNA content vs adverse event reporting by lot number. thank you.

Dear @US_FDA and @pfizer

Phillip Buckhaults, PhD. here. Cancer genejock faulty at the university of South Carolina.

I have recently analyzed a couple of lots of vaccine by nanopore sequencing of all the DNA in the vax, and by qPCR (DNA pcr, not reverse-transcriptase pcr) using primers directed at vector backbone sequences. (credit below)

long story short… the Pfizer mRNA vaccine is contaminated with the plasmid DNA vector that was used as the template for in vitro transcription reaction.

There are about 2 billion copies of the fragment containing the origin of replication, and from nanopore sequence analysis, there is probably 50-100 times that many pieces of plasmid DNA derived from the entire vector. This means each shot has about 200 billion pieces of genomic DNA encapsulated in the lipid nanoparticle. This DNA could be the cause of some of the rare side effects. it could integrate into the genomes of transfected cells. if any lipid nanoparticle complexes find their way to stem cell niches there is a hazard for genome modification of long lived somatic cells, which could cause autoimmune attack toward that tissue or (rarely) cancer, depending on the piece of DNA and site of integration. I think there is a serious hazard of immune based illnesses that should be investigated at the regulatory level.

The amounts of DNA in each vax is close to allowable limits. if it is over, its not too much over. The trouble is, i think these limits may have been established for naked DNA present in a recombinant protein vax (or an attenuated virus produced in cell culture) not for DNA encapsulated in a transfection liposome. Even if the vax is within regulatory limits, the regulatory limits may need to be re-visited in light of the propensity of lipid-nanoparticle-DNA to transform human stem cells.

IMO it would be wise to check all lots/batches to see what the range of DNA contamination is, and it would be wise to check tissue samples from select people for evidence of presence of this plasmid integrating into stem cell genomes. this experiment could yield valuable negative information as well, by proving that integration never happens. either way, the public will be served by such analyses of somatic genome integrity plus and minus vaccination.

credit to @Kevin_McKernan who first had the good sense and technical skills to sequence vaccine and then to design elegant qPCR assays to detect this stuff.

BREAKING- Latest study on 27 vials.

All vials exceed the guidelines by orders of magnitude using Fluorometry. All vials are under the guidelines using qPCR for single dose. Over once you take many.

XBB1.5 still has the problem.

Serious stuff. The upshot of #PlasmidGate is that, not only were the mRNA “vaccines” unsafe and ineffective, but they didn’t even test the version they forced on the public. It was produced by another method that left it contaminated with DNA that can interact with your genes.
Bret Weinstein

We have established the beginnings of a dose response curve using DNA (ng/dose) against SAEs/total AEs (shown directly below for Pfizer), and a comparison of residual DNA spike and ori with the total number of adverse events reported to VAERS per tested lot.

SAE = serious adverse event
