U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals wins lottery to hear vaccine mandate cases

Several related cases across the country were bundled into a single case.  A lottery was held to determine which court would try it.  The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit won that lottery.

The Sixth Circuit is comprised of a majority of Republican President-appointed judges, which some view as friendly to the petitioners’ arguments.

Hopefully, after plaintiffs prevail in this case, prosecuting attorneys general will be willing to file criminal cases against those who perpetrated this mess.
