James Roguski sounds the alarm about IHR amendments

I am in the process of revising this post, now that the featured event is in the past.  I am dividing out the various events that contributed to it and setting them up in their own posts. There are also a couple updates that I will be writing about. See the links to other posts at the end of this post. The link and title for this post has changed, but the old link will continue to work.

In short, on Tuesday, May 22, the WHO wanted to introduce the amendments for vote, but instead changes were submitted. Backroom deals continued after that through the week. On Saturday, May 27, revised changes were presented and accepted. The revised changes did NOT include the same threat to sovereignty that caused the alarm earlier. All of this will be written up in expanded posts dated for the day they happened.

The Pandemic Treaty is a separate event that is still in the future.

Instructions for making your voice heard via email are below.  Calls to action are included in “SOUND THE ALARM.”  Daniel Horowitz tells us that we must call our state governors, lieutenant governors, AGs and tell them to preemptively nullify any WHO international pandemic regulations.  Clay Clark recommends providing the evidence at this link to these state officials.

Beyond the urgent actions mentioned above, states should probably also consider rescinding any legislation based on the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, now that we know the true motivations for world control behind it.  Furthermore, those places in the world where the tyranny was worst in the last couple of years were those places where the people lacked the means to press against the tyranny.  Even within the United States, this was true.

Joe Biden is in the process of handing over our US sovereignty to the World Health Organization.  That is a fact.  And so, you think about what that means.  That is the equivalent of surrendering America to China.  You say, “What?  How did you get there?”  The World Health Organization, remember, Pres. Trump, he pulled out of the World Health Organization because they were largely controlled by China.  And China is a big fan of World Health Organization, influenced World Health Organization.  So by giving over our sovereignty to the World Health Organization, we have essentially surrendered to China.

So right now, if you were to say, Clay Clark, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the most urgent, 1 being the least urgent of all time, I would say this moment in American history, this particular show right now, is the most urgent in American history since, perhaps, Pearl Harbor.

Given the implications of the proposed amendments, I believe it is accurate to say that this is the most urgent moment in American history since Pearl Harbor.  It is not an exaggeration to say so.  Acceptance of the proposed amendments amounts to a backdoor way to gut the US Constitution entirely as well as negate the sovereignty of all countries.  This is not just a US concern, but a world concern.

Changes proposed by the Biden administration to the United Nations World Health Organization’s International Health Regulations are a massive and very dangerous power grab by the Deep State, warns The New American magazine’s Alex Newman in this episode of Behind The Deep State. If successful, this would allow the WHO to intervene in a nation’s affairs without even the permission of the target nation’s government. At the same time, Deep State globalists behind the UN and the WHO are plotting a new “pandemic treaty” that would grant awesome new powers to the global “health” organization. Think Shanghai, but on a global scale. However, Alex points out that, from a constitutional perspective, all of these Deep State schemes are illegitimate in the United States. And opposition is growing rapidly as more and more leading voices sound the alarm. One answer being pursued by activists is nullification at the state level. Get educated and involved today!

The acceptance of proposed amendments to IHR (2005) will result in putting full power into the hands of a single person to declare a pandemic and implement policies with no checks and balances to prevent tyranny.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, the world saw a level of tyranny never before seen.  With the proposed amendments to the IHR in place, whatever we witnessed in other parts of the world such as Australia or Shanghai could happen anywhere, including in the United States.

Policies implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic have been counterproductive and downright criminal.  The people were blocked from seeking remedies that actually worked.  Medical doctors were prevented from using treatments other than those specified by health organizations even though the official treatments were actually murdering people.  Enacting the proposed amendments will increase risk to the world population, not reduce it.

Under the proposed treaty, there is a potential that under-the-skin technologies such as those found in Richard Rothschild’s patents could trigger the use of these tactics against individuals.  It is believed by some that these technologies have already been installed in people via the jabs.  Yuval Noah Harari hinted that this may indeed be the case.  If the injected tracker fails, good luck getting your freedom back.

And all of this will take effect just in time for US elections.

The World Health Organization has already begun drafting a global pandemic treaty on pandemic preparedness. What form will it take? What teeth will it have? How will it further the globalists in cementing the biosecurity grid into place?

Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger has sounded the alarm.

The United Nations World Health Organization is in the process of usurping ever greater powers over the nations of the world with updates to its international health regime, WHO whistleblower Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger told The New American magazine’s Alex Newman in this episode of Conversations That Matter. Citizens from countries around the world must rise up and make sure this usurpation does not succeed, or freedom and self-government will be lost forever, she warned.

  • The International Health Regulations (IHR) are legally binding and supercede the United States Constitution. All the nations of the world have already agreed to the existing International Health Regulations.

  • These proposed amendments will cede additional sovereignty, control and legal authority over to the World Health Organization.

The details of this are not crystal clear. I believe this information to be accurate.
  • It is not known if the amendments will be voted upon individually or as a complete package.
  • The amendments will give the Director General of the WHO the power to unilaterally declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) even over the objection of the country dealing with an outbreak of disease.
  • According to changes made to U.S. regulations that were published one day before Donald Trump was inaugurated (January 19, 2017), the definition of a “Public Health Emergency” in the United States now includes the declaration of a PHEIC by the WHO.
  • A unilateral declaration of a PHEIC by the WHO will enable the declaration of a Public Health Emergency by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
  • The amendments proposed by the United States would also give the Director General of the WHO the legal authority to unilaterally issue an “intermediate public health alert (IPHA).” The criteria for the issuance of an IPHA is simply that “the Director-General has determined it requires heightened international awareness and a potential international public health response.”
  • The amendments will also give “regional directors” within the WHO the legal authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern (PHERC).
  • Yes people, the United States wants to hand over our sovereignty to Regional Directors at the WHO and give them the power to “PHERC” us and “PHERC” the world, one region at a time. “PHERC” that!

In my opinion, any delegate who votes for these amendments is committing an act of treason against their country and all nations of the world, given that a vote for these amendments cedes their country’s sovereignty and the sovereignty of all countries.  Those who proposed these amendments have broken their oaths to protect the US constitution.

Apparently, Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano agrees.  He did not mince words.

Meanwhile, various legal cases are being pursued around the world, both civil and criminal.  Defendants include Bill Gates and the chief scientist of the WHO.  Courts are already ruling against mandates and restrictions.  Reports are coming in that COVID mandates and restrictions created great harm.  Furthermore, evidence exists that the whole pandemic may have been planned by regulators including the WHO and those associated with them for purposes unrelated to health.  The people of the WHO have not earned our trust; rather, they have violated it.  Why would we trust the WHO now with the added authority that the IHR amendments would give them?

Thank God that He directed James Roguski to find notice of these amendments and alert the world.

Surely, there is enough evidence now to arrest them instead?

Meanwhile, just in time to prevent arrivals in Geneva for meetings of the WHO and WEF, a nearby fire shut down the Geneva airport.
