The current plan is that OSHA will enforce workplace vaccine mandates. It is questionable whether OSHA has the legal authority to enforce vaccine mandates. According to the OSHA employees in the Del Bigtree video, OSHA would have authority to act only in a death on contact type situation, such as a chlorine leak. For there to be a serious violation, according to the OSHA Field Operations Manual, there must be a substantial probability of risk.

OSHA Field Operations Manual on Serious Violations
The statistics for COVID do not support classifying COVID exposure as anything near a death on contact risk. The following are, for the most part, not substantial probabilities. For there to be a serious OSHA violation, there must be a serious risk.
Covid-19 Infection Survival and Death Rates by Age Group These numbers are for those who actually get sick. Not everyone who is exposed will get sick. |

As you can see, the vast majority in most age groups will survive COVID if they get sick. Effective prevention and early treatment could potentially improve the odds for an individual of any age.
