SEC. 2. PURPOSE AND INTENT.

(a) PURPOSE.—The purpose of this Act is to—

(1) implement the Biological Weapons Convention, an international agreement unanimously ratified by the United States Senate in 1974 and signed by more than 100 other nations, including the Soviet Union; and

(2) protect the United States against the threat of biological
terrorism.

(2) INTENT OF ACT.—Nothing in this Act is intended to restrain or restrict peaceful scientific research or development.

According to Dr. David Martin, the COVID crimes are prima facie cases. The conspirators have admitted the crimes in public. Public statements can be used to justify proceeding with criminal court cases.  The crimes in the left column “do not have an exoneration button that you can hit and say, ‘Well, in the case of emergency. you can commit these crimes.’ Because felonies actually are the silver bullet both to the 1986 Act and to the 2005 Prep Act.”  In other words, when these cases are done, the corporate protections of neither of these acts will apply to the COVID situation due to the crimes committed in setting up the COVID situation.

Dr. David Martin says that we need to be very precise about how these crimes are discussed.  Please listen to at least that section of the Part 1 video beginning where the above slide is displayed at 32:25.  Dr. David Martin believes that as soon as a lawsuit is filed based on the charges on the left side of the chart, the vaccine companies will halt the sale of all vaccines.  The result of filing charges based on the laws on the left side of the chart is expected to be the removal of all liability protections for vaccines.

The Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (GPMB) published its first annual report the day before Pres. Trump signed Executive Order 13887.

Francis Boyle is a repeat guest; I’ve interviewed him twice in 2020 about the likelihood of SARS-CoV-2 having been engineered in a lab. Boyle’s background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, a juris doctor (lawyer) degree from Harvard and a Ph.D. in political science. He’s a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law, and wrote the book, “Biowarfare and Terrorism.”

• The Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 imposes fines and prison sentences on anyone who “knowingly develops, produces, stockpiles, transfers, acquires, retains or possesses any biological agent, toxin or delivery system for use as a weapon”
• The problem we face today is that our federal government has been captured by forces that seek to destroy the U.S. from within. As such, we cannot trust the federal judiciary to prosecute and hold those responsible for the pandemic and the toxic COVID shots accountable
• To circumvent the corrupted federal judiciary, we need to focus on locally elected prosecutors instead. Depending on the state, they may go by titles such as district attorney, state attorney, prosecuting attorney or county attorney
• Organize locally to find people willing, as a group, to call on your local, elected district attorney to convene a grand jury and indict the individuals suspected of being involved in the creation of SARS-CoV-2, and those responsible for the COVID shots
• The charge that applies is “murder and conspiracy to commit murder.” For starters, 15 researchers listed on a key paper can be indicted, plus those who funded the research. Those to be indicted in relation to the COVID shots include the chief executive officers, chief operating officers and chief scientific officers of Pfizer, BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson

The main problem we have with the prosecutorial plan is that time is of the essence in this case.  The longer we have to wait for justice, the more people will be injured and die.
