US and Ukraine enter weapons proliferation agreement

In an appeal with reference to Serbian and Bulgarian media, it is reported that the US has more than 400 bacteriological laboratories around the world, including at least 15 in Ukraine.

There are exclusively American ones, and they are financed at the expense of the US Department of Defence. The laboratories are located in Odessa, Vinnytsia, Uzhgorod, Lvov (three), Kiev (three), Kherson, Ternopol, and near Crimea and Lugansk.

People’s deputies note that the functioning of American biolaboratories in Ukraine started during the presidency of Viktor Yushchenko and the premiership of Yuliya Tymoshenko – August 29th, 2005.

It is unclear who signed the agreement. There are only signatures with no printed names. The signers were from the Department of Defense of the United States of America and from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. George W. Bush was the U.S. President. Condoleezza Rice was U.S. Secretary of State.

Two senior American diplomats, thinking their conversation about the Ukraine was secure and private, were caught disparaging the European Union in a phone call that was apparently bugged, and U.S. officials say they strongly suspect Russia of leaking the conversation.

1) HOLY SHIT! I think I may be onto something about #Ukraine.

Zelensky said the Russians are firing at “military installations”. How broad is that term?

I am seeing speculation that could include US installed biolabs.

At first I was like no way.

Then I started digging.

2) First I checked if the US even have biolabs in Ukraine. Turns out… we do. And in classic US fashion, it’s marketed as “defense”.

4) And they have good reason to believe that, as the US NIH funded gain of function in Wuhan, then C19 “got out” and it ruined the world.

5) DO YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!

China and Russia indirectly (and correctly) blamed the US for the C19 outbreak, and are fearful that the US/allies have more viruses (bioweapons) to let out.

THIS IS MASSIVE. Yet I’m disturbed that I had didn’t known about this 4 months ago.

6) So how does that pertain to Ukraine?

Well where in Ukraine are the “explosions” taking place.

Here’s a reported explosion in Lutsk.

7) Reportedly Kiev has seen missile strikes as well. At their airports and military installations.

Kiev is also on the western side of Ukraine. Also a city the US GOV have confirmed the US have built biolabs in.

8) Putin also continues to call it a “special military operation”.

9) Yes, I know he targeted airports and military capabilities; but if Putin really believes, as his admin has stated publicly multiple times, that the US are creating bio weapons at Russia’s borders, then this entire situation could be WAY bigger.

10) I’m not sure what is going on but in the past 4 months, Russia and China accused the US of creating bioweapons at their borders and none of us heard about and our media wrote it off as “disinformation” and largely didn’t report on it other than to call it a conspiracy theory.

Russia invades Ukraine

The situation in Ukraine is not new. The history of it goes back to 2013 or 2014 or so, to the color revolution coup that took place there. I will warn you here. I have seen multiple sources with contacts in Ukraine saying that what is being shown on the media is not what is happening. There are multiple reports of media clips from previous events being reused in reports about Ukraine. There are also reports of the Ukraine military attacking their own people and blaming it on the Russians. This is not to say that the Russians are perfect in everything they do, nor am I saying that they are fully justified in what they are doing. The situation is further complicated by the fact that Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden played a role in the coup eight years ago. For these reasons, I hesitate to report many of the details of what or who was attacked and where. Those details are beyond the scope of this blog, which is the pandemic. The event became relevant when it was learned that biolabs were being bombed. Given the lies and propaganda being presented by the corporate media, it is probably better to remain neutral about this latest skirmish, since for the most part, we generally do not really know what is going on. Is this event a great tragedy? Or has Russian President Putin done the world a great favor by preventing another couple of years of restrictions, mandates, and lockdowns? Time will tell. That said, let us continue.

Russian President Putin has stated that one of his reasons for entering Ukraine was to destroy the biolabs. When I find that statement again, I will add it.

During her testimony in front of the Senate Foreign Relations committee about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland answers a question from Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) about whether or not Ukraine has chemical or biological weapons. She replies, “Ukraine has biological research facilities, which, in fact, we are now quite concerned…Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of.” She then refutes allegations from Russia that Ukrainians are plotting to use biological weapons, and says that if such an attack happens in Ukraine, “there is no doubt in my mind” it would be caused by Russian forces.
