Switzerland’s future President Alain Berset falsely claimed on national television that those vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccines could not spread the virus, but has not yet been held accountable.  One Swiss man wants to change that.

On Friday 2 December, retired Swiss banker Pascal Najadi filed a complaint against the President of Switzerland Alain Berset — who is also the Head of the Department of Home Affairs and a former minister of health — at the police station in his commune of residence.

According to the complaint, the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland is to start investigations against Berset. As head of the Department of Home Affairs, he was also responsible for the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). Berset was accused of abusing his office under Article 312 of the Swiss Criminal Code.

In the criminal complaint, he detailed how the health minister told Swiss television SRF on 27 October 2021 — a month before the referendum on extending the COVID certificate requirement — “with the certificate, you can show that you are not contagious.”

Federal Councillor Berset then made this statement, even though his FOPH reported on the same day that ten vaccinated people had been hospitalised because of COVID.

Switzerland No Longer Recommends Covid Jabs, Declares that All Liability Rests w/Doctors

In a surprising move, the Federal Health Agency quietly moved towards a kind of resolution of the jab conundrum; while a good thing, it’s also a far cry from any kind of reckoning.

Actually, it does not appear to be entirely correct that all liability rests with the doctors. In the latest statement on coronavirus vaccination, the jab manufacturers are listed first in the section stating who is liable.

In principle, no COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for spring/summer 2023. People at especially high risk can receive a vaccination following an individual consultation with their doctor.

Who is liable for any vaccination damage?

The usual liability rules that apply to other medicinal products and vaccines also apply to the COVID-19 vaccination. Liability for vaccination damage could fall to the vaccine manufacturer (product liability), the vaccination centre (agent’s contract liability or state liability) or, on a subsidiary basis, the federal government.

The federal government can only pay compensation for vaccination damages for vaccinations recommended or ordered by the authorities. However, the federal government will only pay compensation for damages that are not otherwise covered (subsidiary liability). In other words, a person suffering damages is only entitled to compensation if the damage has not already been covered, for example, by the vaccine manufacturer (product liability), the person administering the vaccination (medical liability) or by social or private insurance.

Federal government compensation is thus intended to mitigate the consequences for those affected if third parties, such as the person administering the vaccination or the vaccine manufacturer, are not liable. Entitlement to compensation from the federal government will be assessed in each individual case.

Now that the pandemic public emergency has been lifted, other countries could make similar declarations.  Not only are adverse events detrimental and costly, but pinning down liability and compensation for them has so far proved to be difficult.  A statement about who pays if something goes wrong should be part of informed consent.  I would go so far as to suggest that any such statement be provided to you in writing on paper.  Check your local public regulations if you choose to get additional COVID-19 jabs.

I find the move toward paperless medical contracts and consents to be highly concerning.  Signatures on legal documents of this high level of importance and consequence should always be rendered on paper, with copies provided to all parties, in my opinion.

Without liability protections and with the current [lack of] safety profile, it is possible that the manufacturers will pull the jabs out of Switzerland entirely. Watch for this.

Geneva…  looks beautiful.  Is beautiful.  It has a lake.  It has this Jet D’Eau.  It’s very peaceful.

But there’s a dark side to it.  Everything evil in the world, related to democide, unfortunately comes from Geneva.  You have WHO in Geneva.  You have GAVI.  Then you have the WEF, the World Economic Forum, which my father was a co-founder and left Klaus Schwab out of disgust in the early eighties, that has diplomatic immunity.

I, as a Swiss citizen, right here now, declare, that the WEF is not eligible anymore for diplomatic immunity.  I call on the Swiss authorities and security to arrest those people immediately.

Why?  The WEF, WHO, GAVI, Big Pharma, Big Tech, Bill Gates, all advocated a global humanity injection, by a bioweapon, injecting Nano Lipids into 5.7 billion people.  And we Swiss are hosting them?  That’s terrible.

We cannot tolerate any entity that promotes poison to be injected into humanity.  But you have done it.  I’m the victim, I’m dying from it.  And my mother, too.  It’s a democide, and you’ll be judged.  It will be corrected in the name of humanity.

Maybe there is a Geneva Swiss syndrome, but definitely there is a UN syndrome.  Because people are so afraid of what’s going on, because the United Nations is occupied.  But people in there don’t understand.  Those who understand, keep quiet or try to speak in different ways to help people to wake up.

So if you understand that, you know that this was very easy to carve a world government, if you don’t have a force that stops that and says ‘We the People’ is more important.  And that’s what we’re doing now.  We are trying to build a ‘We the People’ movement that is very global, something completely different.

But what is going on in Geneva is the opposite at the moment.  There is no right to WHO to give any orders to dictate to the whole world, like they have done.  And the Global Alliance for Vaccine Immunization, GAVI, got total immunity from the Swiss government.  You can find this admin dot lex in the Swiss database.  Go and look.  This is a coup d’etat, clearly.  It’s a global crime scene.

And we are bring little pieces of evidence to people, with humility, because in science, you always have a doubt.  It’s a healthy doubt.  And I think that is a very important attitude.

I believe personally, Geneva has a better future.  Swiss neutrality has to be restored.  We have no future not being neutral.  And the young people who survive through this will be the guarantors, hopefully, that such institutions can never again take foothold in our blessed country.  Never again.

The snake head is in Geneva.  I call it a direct, clear and present danger to the Swiss population.  But I can tell you, it is being cut off.

If you have a house of cards… and this is a house of cards of a criminal, one card pulled by justice and the whole card house collapses.

But from hope alone it is not done.  Everybody must now change the spirit.  And all the vaccinated, the injected, knowing that they are poisoned…  We are the masses.  We are billions of people.  Let’s just stand up and say stop.  We will not comply.  And in French, ‘Ni oubli.  Ni pardon.’

Because we are the guardians of humanity and our light obliterates the darkness of evil.  Always.
